A limited number of NBN services are currently experiencing limited Internet access
nbn has confirmed that they have resolved the issues within their network.
We are now seeing services in the affected locations re-authenticating again.
If you continue to have any issues, please first power-cycle your modem/router and then if the issue does not resolve give us a call directly.
Services are impacted in the following locations:
Blacktown, NSW
Castle Hill, NSW
Hamilton, NSW
Bundamba, QLD
Acacia Ridge, QLD
Goodna, QLD
Toowoomba. QLD
