We are currently investigating an issue with voice services in the West region.

Resolved: All affected services have been fully restored and are operating normally. We appreciate your patience throughout this incident

Service restoration is continuing as expected. Affected services remain in the process of coming back online and we are making steady progress. We will post a final update once full service has been confirmed.

Affected services are beginning to recover and will continue to monitor.

Automated failover procedures have been triggered in response to the identified issue. Affected services are currently being migrated to alternate hardware. Some users may experience intermittent instability while this process completes. Our team is monitoring the migration and will provide a further update shortly.

We have identified an issue affecting a subset of our services. Our engineering team is actively investigating the root cause and working to restore full functionality as quickly as possible. We will provide further updates as more information becomes available.
