We are currently investigating reports of a service disruption affecting some customers. Our engineers are working to identify the cause and restore normal service as quickly as possible. We will provide a further update shortly.

Voice services have been fully restored and we have confirmed normal operation for all affected customers. The issue was brief and is now resolved. Thanks again for your patience this morning.

A fix is being applied now and we are beginning to see affected services recover. If your phones are still unable to register or make calls once services are restored, please power cycle the affected equipment (unplug it for around 60 seconds, then reconnect) to force devices to re-register. We appreciate your patience.

Our engineers have located the issue and are actively working on a resolution. We expect voice services to return to normal for affected customers within the next few minutes. Thanks for bearing with us.

We have identified the cause of the issue affecting voice services for a small number of customers and are working to resolve it. Device registration and call handling may still be intermittent for affected customers during this time. We will update this notice as the situation progresses.
