Some elements of the myCloudPBX Management portal are currently unavailable, there is no impacted to inbound/outbound calling or myCloudPBX operations.
The firewall rules were tightened to enhance security, which unintentionally caused communication issues between internal services.
We identified the root cause and adjusted the firewall rules to allow the necessary traffic. Normal communication between the services has been restored. We will review and update our firewall adjustment procedures to prevent similar issues in the future and apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused..
