myCloudPBX/Business SIP/Inbound 1300 Intermittent Sip Registration Failures

We are aware of a Sip Registration issue impacting a media server in our Queensland datacenter. This impacted intermittently impacted a small number of PBX users. The issue has now been addressed and we are currently monitoring.

myCloudPBX/Business SIP/Inbound 1300 Planned Preventative Maintenance (short notice)

We are bringing forward planned programmed restart of two media servers in our WA region to isolate any potential for SIP messaging anomalies. Although our investigation does not suggest any issue with these servers, this is being performed as a precautionary measure only

This will be completed on Wednesday 7 Aug overnight.
