Incident Summary – Calls Not Connecting (30 June 2025)
On the evening of 30 June, some customers may have experienced intermittent issues with call connectivity between 5:22pm and 6:06pm AEST. This was related to an internal Redis connection handling issue that affected our call routing platform. The issue was quickly identified and resolved, and calls have remained stable since. We sincerely apologise for the disruption and thank you for your patience.
As no further failed calls have been observed overnight, we are now considering this issue resolved. We sincerely apologise for any disruption this may have caused and appreciate your patience while we worked to restore full service.
